В середине 70-х годов ХХ века для Каспийского управления нефтегазопромыслового флота были построены 2 крановых судна на базе корпусов танкеров проекта 1577.

Суда были оборудованы поворотным краном грузоподъёмностью 60 тонн.

Место постройки: Волгоградский ССЗ (РСФСР, г. Волгоград).
