13.08.1941 года вышла в разведывательный поход в Аландское море. До вечера 24.08.1941 с ней поддерживалась связь. В дальнейшем ПЛ на связь не выходила. В ноябре 1999 была обнаружена бельгийским тральщиком M-923 , на глубине 53 метра. В 8 милях севернее о.Вормси.
