Заложен как "Cass" для Formosa Trading Company. В мае 1901 года приобретён Canadian Pacific Railway Company и переименован в "Princess May". 5 август 1910 года рано утром в условиях сильного тумана на полном ходу пароход сел на мель на скалистых породах недалеко от острова Сентинел, Аляска. Все 80 пассажиров и 68 членов экипажа благополучно спасены. Затем снят с мели в прилив и отремонтирован. С 1919 года работал в Карибском море, где был затоплен недалеко от Ямайки в 1935 году.
