19.10.1959 перечислена в состав Северного флота. 11 января 1962 года в результате взрыва боезапаса в Полярном на Б-37 была повреждена и затонула находившаяся рядом подлодка С-350, на ней погибло 11 человек. Поднята силами АСС и после аварийно-восстановительного ремонта вновь введена в строй. В 09.1966 перечислена в состав Черноморского флота. В 1967-69 годах на заводе "Красное Сормово" прошла модернизацию по проекту 633Л. С 3.08.1977 СС-350, с 1982 УТС-350, переоборудование не проводилось.
