Дебаркадер на железобетонном понтоне длиной 45 метров. Плавучий ресторан "Орёл". Начиная с середины 1950-х годов располагался возле правого берега в створе улицы Урицкого. Сгорел в 1967-1968 гг. (точная дата не установлена). После пожара деревянная надстройка была разобрана, понтон отбуксирован и заброшен.
