Построена на Бьёрнеборгской верфи (Финляндия). Отделочные работы и установка механизмов производились в Кронштадте. В 1866—1867 годах совершила плавание из Кронштадта через Магелланов пролив в устье Амура. Летом 1867 зачислена в состав Сибирской флотилии, базируясь на Николаевск-на-Амуре. После списания до 1898 использовалась на брандвахте Владивостокского порта.
