Построена в 1962-63 году на Ярославском моторном заводе. Автор проекта — начальник инструментально-штампового корпуса ЯМЗ Каюков Лев Николаевич. В 1975 году В 1975 году поставлена на модернизацию, в новом варианте уже бизань не выходила за пределы кормы, была удлинена и носовая часть, а форштевень получил больший наклон. Восстановлена в 2019 году
