Физически лазарет базировался на барже, зафрахтованной Военным ведомством у пароходства КВЖД или Переселенческого управления МВД. Был частью так называемой Сунгарийско-Амурской госпитальной флотилии. Руководитель: Е.И.Казаренко, персонал — 14 чел.
