Обеспечивал перебазирование флота из Таллинна в Кронштадт в период с 28 по 29 августа 1941 года , эвакуацию гарнизона Ханко в период с 26 октября по 2 декабря 1941 года. К началу летней кампании 1942 г. тральщик Т-211 находился в составе 1-го дивизиона базовых тральщиков, командиром которого был капитан 3 ранга Д. М. Белков. В 1959 году переклассифицирован в брандвахтенное судно. Расформирован в 1960 году.
