«Сисой Великий» — пятый из броненосцев Балтийского флота, построенных по принятой в 1881 году 20-летней судостроительной программе. Погиб в Цусимском сражении 14-15 мая 1905 года (здесь и далее даты приведены по старому стилю). Назван в честь древнего подвижника аввы Сисоя Великого (V век).
