Нашёл фотографию, на которой может быть этот теплоход: https://pastvu.com/p/589450 Фотография не очень хорошая и номер видно плохо.
Хотя фотография сделана недалеко от Лисок, там мог работать воронежский теплоход. Традиционно вся река Дон выше Лисок считалась зоной обслуживания Воронежской пристани, поэтому воронежские суда могли выполнять рейсы до Лисок.
