24.09.1988г при выходе из порта Клайпеда в штормовую погоду сел на мель. Экипаж был полностью спасен. Позднее шторм разломил судно на две части. В декабре 1988 года носовая часть судна было поднята и отбуксирована на утилизацию в Финляндию.Кормовая часть судна осталась у входа в порт Клайпеда.
