Вроде того, это топлякоподъемный агрегат.
Это универсальное плавающее средство для подъема со дна сплавных рек, в том числе мелководных и рейдовых участков, затонувшей древесины (топляков) и сплавного такелажа. Может выполнять дноуглубительные работы, погрузку и разгрузку сыпучих и штучных грузов.
