Я тоже к этому склоняюсь, скорей всего несамоходный пр. Фин-1000, но есть и подозрение, что самоходный пр. Фин-1000/800.

У нас все лихтеры были не самоходные. Экипаж - 2 чел., шкипер и матрос, в основном экипаж был семейный. Но два лихтера омских были самоходные, один из-них назывался Седов, видели их последний раз на Большой Оби выше Салехарда в 2003 г.

А с чего это "Сопочный" указан как бывший "Опала"? "Сопочный" - это РМС-1515, а "Опала" - РМС-1505
