Нет. Идут вверх, т.к. справа виднеется арка Бугринского моста. За плитами пошли на Зеленый мыс похоже.

Да, за железобетонными плитами с которыми состав, состоящий из судна «СТ-774» и баржи, груженной бетонными плитами сел на мель на 726-м км реки Обь в районе Северного моста Новосибирского района Новосибирской области на перекате Мочищенском утром 10 сентября 2014 года http://news.ngs.ru/more/1922801/
