25 марта состоялось торжественное открытие навигации в бассейне ФБУ «Администрация «Волго-Дон». Через шлюз № 30 Волгоградского гидроузла прошли суда ОАО «СК «Волжское пароходство» (сухогрузные теплоходы «Волго-Дон 5080», «Волго-Дон 5071», буксир-толкач «Профессор Рыжов») в порт Бузан за грузом серы, с которым позднее теплоходы проследуют через шлюзы Волго-Донского судоходного канала в направлении Черного моря.
