наверно ещё год-два и тут уже порта не будет, здание администрации продано, огромное количество других арендаторов на территории. РРР с территории порта съехал в другое место. Эти суда единственные зимующие здесь в этом году. Попадая в порт, теперь становится грустно...

Увы, но это закономерно. С учетом значительного понижения доли водного транспорта в общем объеме перевозок содержать большие территории в исторических центрах сибирских "столиц" при современных ценах на землю в этих местах наверное уже не представляется возможным. Надеюсь, что порты в "городах поменьше" (c) эта участь все же минует...
