А вот вопрос кстати возникает..когда Реально считаеться время разделки судна? "Де-юре" это когда судно списывают на бумаге или в регистре или "де-факто" когда наступает физическая утилизация или наоборот заканчиваются ? Или просто пишется год, ну и месяц
