Ребят, а объясните дилетанту, почему у двух одинаковых судов разный класс регистра? У одного лед, у второго - нет. Кстати, такое не первый раз встречаю.

Сие зависит от степени износа корпуса судна в ледовом поясе, от наличия укрепления там же, а так-же и от желания судовладельца.
На Москве-реке есть моторная яхта океанского класса, но с классом РРР "Л".
