В конце сентября в Астрахани на заводе Ленина появились 6 ОТ: 3 стоят рогами в причал, один в доке. Давненько такого не было...

Да кто его знает... Но точно помню, что такое количество ОТшек у нас не было уже очень давно, раньше обычно такая картина наблюдалась во время зимовок, но сейчас еще рановато до нее.
