На этой фотке 16 тонный плавкран не ПК-78.От Пк-78 видна только кабина в правом углу.Если увеличить фотку то увидим номер плавкрана.

Я думаю что это кран 39 http://savephoto.ru/f/51pybmv4tmpt22 ( фото из сети). В списках его не нашел.
