Сухогруз Медон сел на мель в районе буя 37А Морского канала, следуя на выход из порта СПб, около 20:23 мск 13 июня. В 20:59 судно было снято с мели с помощью буксира, и поставлено на якорь на якорной стоянке №16 для осмотра. Согласно имеющейся информации, повреждений нет.
