20.08.2015 13.00 (мск) 1669 км р. Волга, район н.п. Тольятти. При заходе в камеру шлюза № 24 Самарского РГСиС буксир-толкач «Кама-2»(ОТ-848) + гол. секция «Баржа № 401» + кон. секция «Баржа № 414» совершил навал на створку ремонтных ворот. Повреждена правая створка ремонтных ворот Шлюза № 24 (повреждены отбойный брус, семь горизонтальных брусьев, вертикальный брус). Маршрут: Самара - Камское устье. Навигационные знаки на штатных местах.
