Я уже объяснял. Это уровень груза в танке. Когда в танке уровень 95% или 98% срабатывает звуковая сигнализация на мостике и на палубе. И вот эти фонарики где надпись начинают мигать. На мостике на пульте показывает в каком танке. Это для предотвращение разлива нефтепродуктов. Проверяется перед каждой погрузкой.
