При перегоне на р.Енисей 03.10.2005г., совместно с ОТА-948, попал в шторм на выходе из Обской губы в Енисейский залив. РТ был выброшен на отмель, ОТА-получил пробоину.
В мае 2008 г. заменены ГД на В6190, тем самым повысив мощность до 816 л.с.
