Это тянут корпус танкера в Баку. Это одна из половинок. Еще одну половинку тянут в Цимле и две стоят в Ростове. Не знаю где его собирать будут в Астрахани или Баку.

От куда тянут? И почему интересно нельзя было где то поближе построить этот танкер,в той же Астрахани
