Дебаркадер, который я привязал к неопознанным судам, раньше стоял в Октябрьском, у него останавливались нижегородские СПК, следовавшие вниз по Волге.

Движение вниз или вверх отсчитывается относительно Нижнего Новгорода. Октябрьский находится ниже Нижнего Новгорода, поэтому суда следовавшие вверх, не могли проходить мимо Октябрьского.
