Достоверной нет, просто сам факт что оно переделывается не на судостроительном заводе, стоит на блоках, а корпус поперёк пронизан балками наводит на мысль что врят ли это будет что то "ходячее". Раньше ходили слухи, что из него делают ресторан или кафе.
