По данным ГМСКЦ, 3 июня в 21-15 теплоход «Ямал Кречет» при стоянке на якоре в губе Долгая на северной оконечности острова Вайгач из-за самопроизвольного вытравливания цепи правого якоря на ленточном тормозе с обрывом стопорного устройства коренного конца якорного каната потерял правый якорь с якорным канатом. Пострадавших нет.
