16.02.2012 выброшен на берег с нефтепродуктами на борту в 100 м от портпункта Курильск (о. Итуруп, Средние Курилы). Судно получило пробоины в машинном отделении — повреждены масляные и топливные баки. По разным данным в море вытекло почти что 500 тон солярки. Позже утилизирован.
