Не уверен, что это 19 причал: он был лодочный. На нем загружали торпеды на лодки в 1997 и 1998 годах, когда "Маршал Василевский" стоял на 20 причале. Больше все-таки напоминает наш 20 причал.
И смахивает именно на съемку с 19-го.
