У Merilin как и у Karolin какая-то ерунда в карточках судов появилась. Строительное название у Merilin было - No.1; потом катамаран долго работал под названием Cat No.1 (например вот фото: http://www.shipspotting.com/gallery/photo.php?lid=801184 2006 года) и только в 2007, после прибытия в Эстонию переименован в Merilin.
