Приказом ГК ВМФ от 30.06.1993 года исключен из боевого состава, переведен в Североморск, из-за хищения донно-забортной арматуры затонул у причала, в последствии поднят и разделан на металл. (За ним, предположительно, СРЗК ССВ-509 "Пелорус")
