Какая-то ошибка в данных о барже. Как "Высоцк-2" она была в составе одного из ББС, работавших в Балтийском Морском Пароходстве. Буксировал её в роде бы буксир "Капитан Аристов"? Переименовали её где-то в 90-х годах и никак не в 1969г.
