Я не снимал, но можно попробовать оригинальную 20Мп фотографию приблизить и опубликовать этот катер хотя бы условно для начала...

На катере с трудом, но читается бортовой номер Р 76-42 ШХ. Насчет 7, 6 и 4 уверенности нет.
