С 1969 по 1972 год проведено переоборудование корабля (капитан Валентин Семенович Бражников, ст.механик Александр Павлович Лысов):демонтирована фальштруба, заменены ГД-3Д12 на 3Д6, наварен фальшборт, оборудованы фановые цистерны, в траловом трюме оборудован ещё один кубрик.
