Возможно, по сравнению с прошлогодними фотографиями появился якорь, как вариант, водили на докование, так как на фото они идут в сторону места, где он стоял раньше, в общем возвращаются.

Меня одного смущает, что в карточке "РО-22", а на судне - "Бурлак"?
Может, он уже давно переименован после исключения из РРР?
Получится узнать, когда он перестал числится?

Его уже восстанавливают. В Красногорске остались только "Жемчужина" и офис (http://fleetphoto.ru/vessel/68258/).
