Во время мундиаля движение будет ограничено.В дни матчей будет полностью закрыто движение.В эти дни будет закрыта не только "вода",но и въезд на левый берег Дона.Уже сейчас установлены знаки с надписями "Проезд к стадиону только по пропукам".
