На р. Иртыш (перекат Воропинский), за левой кромкой судового хода, при движении вниз произошла посадка на мель теплохода «Анатолий Павельев»( бывший РТ-696 ) с баржами МП-3283 и МП-1112 (судовладелец ОАО «Омский речной порт», груз уголь). По имеющимся в распоряжении ИАА «ПортНьюс» данным Государственного морского спасательно-координационного центра Минтранса России, в результате посадки произошел разрыв состава, в результате чего баржа МП-1112 самосплавом прошла вниз по течению около 1 км, после чего ее прибило к правому берегу, а баржу МП-3283 развернуло и поставило поперек судового хода. Судовой ход на участке 1593,0 - 1589,0 км был перекрыт. Судов на данном участке не было. Пострадавших, повреждений, загрязнения окружающей среды нет.

Судовой ход с 23.00 10 октября 2014 года освобожден.
