Трап проложенный через место нахождения рыма на стене?
Хрен его знает. Я не видел эту конструкцию. Может там и правда чего-то есть, закреплённое к каркасу этой металлоконструкции. Она же по-любому на кусте свай какиих-то стоит. Вот к этим сваями и может быть закреплено.
