Так что на карте видим, к тому и привязываем. Красная Глинка вообще один из районов Самары. Кто привязывает к Кр. Глинке, кто к Самаре. Разобраться, если я снимаю судно на Волге от речного вокзала Саратова, то мне его привязывать к Энгельсу или Саратову?
К Саратову, потому что фарватер и судоходные пролёты моста находятся в саратовской части. Граница Саратова и Энгельса проходит дальше, за островом Покровские Пески (саратовским пляжем).
