В 1942 году, на верфи Teltow- Werft, Berlin- Zehlendorf, по заказу Reichs- Schleppamt, Hannover, был построен и спущен на воду 2-винтовой моторный баркас DB-13 (строительный номер 149). 19 октября 1942 года передан заказчику. Технические характеристики: длина-16,70/ 17,95м; ширина-5,20/ 5,61м; осадка- 1,55м; высота борта– 3,40м. Баркас был оснащён двумя 6-цилиндровыми дизелями Deutz SA 6 M 420 мощностью 75 л.с каждый. Ёмкость бака- 5,8т дизельного топлива. В 1945 году стал трофеем Красной Армии. В июле 1946 года был передан СВРП. Далее работал в пароходстве Волготанкер под именем Обзор. С декабря 1992 года в ОАО Волготанкер.
