Ну вроде как точно! http://www.boatportal.ru/book/5/14-1 У 946 проекта лебёдка в носу стоит, а кран-балка наоборот ближе к рубке, вроде так они выглядят

Спасибо, наверное чешской постройки и поставлялись сразу с земснарядами, а потом, вероятно, по их переработанному проекту стали делать 946 проект в СССР.
