В связи с распадом СССР возникли сложности с поставкой судна заказчику и оно оставалось на заводе в Штральзунде. В конце 1992 года немецкая В/О "Schiffskommerz", при участии Росрыболовства и Внешэкономбанка, согласовали поставку траулера в кредит калининградским АООТ "Калининградрыбпром" и ТОО "Рыбком". Суда были оформлены на кипрскую компанию Kaliningradrybprom Ltd и заложены в банке. Судно пришло в Калининград в начале 1993 года и отработало на АООТ "Калининградрыбпром" и ТОО "Рыбком" более 2-х лет. Однако в середине 1995 года планы, владеющих ситуацией лиц в Москве, изменились или возникли какие-то разногласия с калининградцами, и было решено воспользоваться правом залога и сменить владельца судна. В 1995 году судно заочно продано другой кипрской компании- Suprana Shipping Co.Ltd которая сразу заявила свои права на судно.
29.09.1995 года траулер был арестован в Лиссабоне, в Российский морской регистр поступила заявка снять регистрацию траулера "Некрасово" так как оно является кипрским судном "Меchanik Vinokurov" итд. http://www.npacific.ru/np/library/publikacii/chernuy/38.htm
В итоге, траулер оказался в управлении московской компании.
21.10.1998 траулер прибыл на ремонт в СРЗ "Тосмаре"(Лиепая), откуда вышло 24.06.1999
