В мае 1994 года при подходе к Рыбинскому шлюзу в результате столкновения с подводным препятствием из-за неисправных знаков судоходной обстановки получило пробоину в носовой части, было отбуксировано в Чистополь. После текущего ремонта отработало навигацию, а после полной дефектации корпуса в 1995 году списано и утилизировано.
