Не факт. Это ж вроде сухой док и построен не на берегу, а в акватории.
И при открытии ворот - вода там есть, то есть залив.

У побережья поломать запросто может. Кроме того, не все сейчас лояльно относятся к тем, кто уходит под берег с "дорог"... Помню, Ленанефти на ДВ пытались работать. Не срослось. Быстро трещинами пошли. А после аварий в середине 90х, когда СТ-шки переворачиались, так вовсе тема заглохла.
