Вопрос очень спорный.
Было много споров на эту тему, где кончается Ока и начинается Волга.
Теоретически Речной вокзал находится еще на Оке.

Долго думал, к чему привязать. К Волге или Оке.
Но склонился всё-таки в сторону Оки.
