При проходе через шлюз с баржей буксир стенок шлюза не касается.
Скорее всего, это связано с перегрузкой зерна на большие суда в море у Очакова.

Не украшали, а укрепляли, что-бы не вибрировало :) Такое и в трамваях и в Икарусах и в ЗИЛках было. Обычно шйбы и т.д. пихали, но кому не жалко, тот медные монетки запихивал (пяти-копеечных не видел а 1-3 постоянно поадались)

На ЗиЛе 130 работал не было необходимости укреплять.
