По какой причине Вьюн-13 указан "не эксплуатируется"? И Вьюн-13 и РК-17 вполне себе рабочие суда, которые иногда участвуют в ликвидации пожаров на прибрежной территории.
А то что они в основном стоят у стенки, ничего не значит. Пожарные автомобили тоже не колесят по дорогам как "маршрутки".
