Суда не могут пройти под мостом через Волгу в районе Октябрьска. Такая ситуация сложилась из-за резкого повышения уровня воды в реке. Буксиры «Совена» и «Капитан Вечёркин» с несамоходным судном «Сильвер-3005» ожидают падения уровня воды.
